A home that has been foreclosed may be just what you are looking for. Sometimes you can find a home for a better price if it has been through foreclosure. Some homes may or may not be in need of major repair. Some homes, but not all, will even qualify for an FHA loan. If you are thinking of buying a foreclosure you first need to get PRE-Approval letter from your lender, either stating you are qualified to borrow the money or that you already have the funds available to purchase.
